Job Description:

This position will be responsible for assisting the technology team in providing correct information according to Buhler standards for the design of concept or execution diagrams and correct machine specifications. Provide technical support to sales, quotation and customer service department. Establish solutions for customer opportunities and projects. Commissioning and mill surveys of standard plants and single machines.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and lead commissioning of Bühler plants and equipment, from installation checks through to stable, efficient production
  • Develop and review process flow diagrams and standard concepts, ensuring alignment with Bühler engineering and quality standards
  • Support cross-functional teams and departments by answering process-related queries and providing technical guidance
  • Perform mill surveys and site visits to assess existing installations, identify improvement opportunities, and define practical solutions
  • Test and validate software, mechanical, and electrical systems (including IO and direction tests) before dry runs and start-up
  • Document commissioning results, deviations, and improvement ideas in Bühler systems (incl. CAQ), and embed lessons learned into best practices and templates

Requirements:

  • Higher technological education (SMS, DMSB, KSU, etc.)
  • 2-4 years' experience as Process Engineer
  • Fluent communication in English, French and Arabic
  • Proven experience in commissioning multiple simple and standard projects
  • Strong skills in planning, organizing, and setting priorities
  • Good working knowledge of AutoCAD for technical drawings and layouts
