ChristianaCare, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare, is actively recruiting a dedicated Family Medicine trained primary care physician to join our growing practice in Smyrna, Delaware. Lead a team of 4 physicians, 3 NPs. Patient Demographics: Internal Medicine for patients over 18 years old, Family Medicine for all ages. Patient Panel: Opportunity to build own panel. Practice providers see 12-18 patients on avg. Virtual Flexibility: 36 patient facing hours [4 hours optional telehealth included] with 4 hours admin time. Opportunity for one virtual day per week via combing admin and tele time. Office offers great flexibility here. Call Schedule: Shared call schedule of 1:10 with another local practice, averaging 3-10 calls per week. Additional Compensation: Paid desktop coverage and moonlighting opportunities available. $95 per hour up to 2 hours per day. Onsite Service Support: GYN, Ophthalmology, Cardio, Endo, labs & imaging and case management for chronic disease. In office pharmacy assistance. Inboxologist to keep patient inbox clear. Implementation of AI DAX Copilot scribe service in the fall. Note taking simplified so you can focus more on the patient rather than your laptop!
