Job Description:

Vice President of Capital and Pricing Advisory (Lead Business Execution Consultant) to support the Capital Management and Pricing Strategy team within the Commercial Bank. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role that will partner with key stakeholders and leaders to drive improved capital returns across the CB portfolio.

Job Responsibility:

Act as business execution advisor to leadership to drive improved capital returns and profitability initiatives
Lead analysis, strategy and resolution of moderately complex issues related to capital return, pricing and profitability
Execute initiatives including analyzing product and business returns, streamlining processes and developing business strategy
Build relationships and partnerships across the enterprise to facilitate decision making
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses
Influence, guide and lead less experienced staff

Requirements:

5+ years of Capital Management & Pricing experience
Banking or lending experience with understanding of banking products, pricing strategy and return on capital concepts
Experience in floorplan financing, supply chain finance, equipment leasing, or other asset-based lending products
Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
Advanced Excel skills with ability to work with large data sets and perform data analysis
Experience leading cross platform projects or initiatives
Ability to summarize information findings and create presentations tailored to audience
Strong partnership and influencing skills

Nice to have:

Experience in floorplan financing, supply chain finance, equipment leasing, or other asset-based lending products
Advanced PowerBI skills
Proactive and operates with a sense of urgency
