Job Description

Lead Pricing Analyst £60,000-£70,000 London (1 day per month in office) I am keen to speak to home insurance pricing specialists who are considering new opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end pricing experience, with a proven background in insurance pricing and excellent technical skills across SQL, SAS, R or Python. Experience developing predictive pricing models using techniques such as GLMs, GBMs, GAMs is highly desirable, alongside the ability to communicate complex analysis to senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences. We're also looking for someone who enjoys coaching and developing analysts, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team where you'll play a key role across the full pricing lifecycle, influencing strategy and driving commercial outcomes.
