At Thrive Childcare and Education, we know childhood is a treasured time and so we put our children and their families first every time. The Lead Practitioner plays a crucial role in assisting the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager in the smooth and efficient operation of the nursery.

Job Responsibility:

Assist the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager in the smooth and efficient operation of the nursery
Support the management team in supervising staff
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Maintain high-quality care for children
Foster positive relationships with parents and other stakeholders

Requirements:

Level 3 qualified or above in correlation to the government guidelines
Team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
