Job Description:

As a Room Leader based within our Preschool, you will play a pivotal role within our childcare setting, responsible for overseeing and assisting with the daily operation of the nursery. This role involves leading a team of nursery practitioners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for early years education, and a commitment to providing a nurturing environment where children can thrive!

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee and assist with the daily operation of the nursery

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualified or above in correlation to the government guidelines
  • Current Qualified Practitioner
