Job Description:

A ‘Good graded secondary school in Wandsworth is searching for a Lead Practitioner of Science to join their team on a permanent basis in September. The Science department has a strong team of teachers, including Trainees and ECTs. The Lead Practitioner of Science will help shape the Science department, improving on above-average results and benefit from a reduced teaching timetable.

Job Responsibility:

Model outstanding teaching & learning in the Science department
Work with the Director of Science to improve results
Focus on your specialism and key stage

Requirements:

Qualified Science Teacher with UK QTS
Experience teaching in an inner city school beneficial
Substantial Science teaching & middle leadership experience
Physics, Chemistry or Biology specialisms equally welcomed
