Job Description:

A high-performing school in Southwark is searching for a Lead Practitioner of Physics to join their thriving Science department. The school boasts impressive facilities, excellent behaviour and even better results, which put them in the top 10 schools in the country.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading the quality of teaching & learning within the Science department
  • Teaching KS4 & KS5 Physics, on a reduced timetable

Requirements:

  • Qualified Physics Teacher with UK QTS
  • Strong academic ability and experience teaching to KS5
  • Experience teaching in high-performing schools beneficial
  • A team player who can guide and mentor other teachers
  • Prior middle leadership experience beneficial
