Job Description

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Lead Pool Server to join their dynamic Food & Beverage Team. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent reading, writing, and verbal English skills, they thrive in fast-paced, outdoor environments, confidently handling hot and humid conditions. They balance strong multitasking abilities with organization and service excellence, while demonstrating leadership, clear communication, and effective problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver service in line with Four Seasons standards by ensuring guests’ needs are met through attentive amenity, food, and beverage service

Requirements
