Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead PHP Developer with a strong command of Core PHP and hands-on expertise in data crawling, data filtration, and data extraction. As a lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development of high-performance data-driven applications while mentoring a dynamic team. Your responsibilities will also include handling client communications and ensuring the delivery of top-tier solutions that exceed expectations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assume overall responsibility for all daily IT operations & Deliverables in different modules
  • Comprehensively understand our technology’s capabilities and future enhancements in the ecommerce space
  • Proactively engage client's feedback to facilitate deeper improvement of our platform and achieve their growth / ecommerce goals
  • Proactively analyze issues, threats in current technology/process to identify new solution strategies to meet the client's expectation on quality & reliability on the system
  • Train and manage Team in resolving the client complaint tickets & learning from it to improve and prevent such issues from recurring
  • Responsible for handling large set of data
  • Implement data filtration strategies and optimize the data extraction process to ensure accurate, high-quality data delivery
  • Lead a team of developers, providing mentorship and guidance while ensuring adherence to best coding practices and timelines
  • Proactively manage client issues with U.S. based account managers and oversee product development / data team
  • Work closely with other departments (DA, QA, and UI/UX teams) to deliver seamless integrated solutions.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of strong hands-on experience in Core PHP development
  • Proven expertise in data crawling, extraction, and filtration
  • Familiarity with live data processing techniques and tools
  • Team Management experience with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a development team
  • Experience in client handling with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of database systems (MySQL etc.) and efficient data storage/retrieval techniques
  • Strong background in both writing code and technical specs combined with the ability to develop strong relationships with customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and understandable manner
