As a Performance Marketing Expert, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing our paid marketing campaigns across various platforms to ensure exponential growth of BrowserStack. Your primary focus will be on maximizing ROI through strategic ad placement, conversion optimization, and meticulous data analysis. The candidate should have extensive experience running ads across major marketing channels and a deep understanding of B2B SaaS and developer marketing. You will need to coordinate and work with multiple teams at BrowserStack that involve content, design, growth, product and engineering.
Job Responsibility:
Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive advertisement strategies across all major paid marketing channels to drive growth of leads, sign ups and other valuable conversions
Conversion Tracking & Optimization: Implement and manage conversion tracking systems to monitor key metrics
Apply conversion rate optimization techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness
Funnel Management: Develop and refine B2B funnels via rapid experimentation to ensure smooth user journeys and maximize lead generation and conversion rates
Optimization & Analytics: Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve KPIs
Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools to track and analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, and user behavior
B2B SaaS Expertise: Leverage knowledge of B2B SaaS and developer marketing to tailor strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive qualified leads
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
Provide actionable recommendations to enhance performance
Creative & Copywriting: Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling ad copy and visuals
Ensure that messaging aligns with brand strategy and engages the target persona effectively
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
Identify new avenues and channels for BrowserStack to leverage to reach our target audience
Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing Ad campaigns across major platforms such as Google Search, SA 360, DV360, Bing Search, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Display Ads, and Programmatic Ads
Strong subject matter expertise in running Google Search Ads along with detailed understanding of all search metrics and reporting
Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker and conversion tracking tools
Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
Experience in B2B SaaS and developer marketing is highly desirable
Deep understanding of B2B sales funnels
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong copywriting skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Collaboration skills to work with different functions and teams
