Job Description:

We’re looking for a Lead, People Technologies & Data Insights to own our People tech stack, analytics infrastructure, and operational rigor across the company. This role sits at the intersection of HR systems, people analytics, operations, and strategy. You’ll build the infrastructure that powers People; turning complex data into insight, and insight into action, while ensuring operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. This is a high-impact role for someone who can think like a systems architect and operate like a People manager.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in People Operations, Analytics, HR Technology, People Systems, or related roles
  • Proven experience owning or scaling an HRIS and broader HR tech stack
  • Strong data skills with experience working in Tableau, Databricks, or similar analytics platforms
  • Experience overseeing or leading People Ops processes (employee lifecycle, and compliance)
  • Deep comfort partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Engineering, and Data teams
  • Exceptional ability to tell a story with data and influence senior leaders
  • A builder mindset — you enjoy creating structure where none exists
  • Curiosity and excitement around AI-driven efficiencies in People operations

Nice to have:

Experience with tools like Lattice, HiBob, or similar platforms is a strong plus (but not required)
