We are looking for a seasoned Partner/Alliances Solutions CTO / Lead Partner Solutions Architect to shape and drive Atlassian’s Platform Solutions Technology strategy. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, technical leadership, partner engagement, and driving innovation in SaaS platform adoption.
Job Responsibility:
Establish technical trust and executive presence with partners and customers
Define and drive technology vision for Platform Solutions aligning with Partner and Alliances strategy
Lead ecosystem solutions strategy with consulting partners and SIs
Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Sales, R&D, and other teams to align priorities and address challenges
Extract and communicate critical non-functional and strategic requirements for platform and product development
Provide actionable insights to R&D from recurring field architecture patterns and challenges
Support enterprise deals by offering technical guidance and shaping solution architectures
Lead architectural and solution design sessions with partners and customers
Represent Atlassian at executive briefings, partner forums, and industry events
Build and nurture executive relationships with strategic partners and customers.
Requirements:
15+ years of experience in product, consulting, and sales, with a strong understanding of Cloud Native Platforms
Familiarity with the Atlassian Platform is highly preferred
Expertise in driving Cloud and Agile transformations, with a strong background in cloud-native technologies and modern infrastructure patterns
Proven success in matrix organizations, building effective relationships in cross-functional settings
Experience in crafting and delivering solutions, designing proposals, and collaborating with internal and external teams for compelling business cases
Preferable experience working directly with strategic partners
Consultative selling skills and ability to calculate ROI and guide partners to achieve business goals
Effective communication skills for presenting to executives, conducting workshops, and technical engagements
Continuous learning mindset with self-awareness and coaching receptiveness
Accountability with a strong track record of meeting performance metrics.
