Considerable knowledge of painting practices, equipment and materials
of the surface and absorption qualities of various woods, metals, drywall, cement, and other materials. Working knowledge of supervisory principles. Working knowledge of safety standards. Working knowledge of safety procedures and practices in construction environments. Ability to plan, schedule, and estimate materials for assigned projects. Demonstrated ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions. Demonstrated ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Ability to prepare and maintain records and paperwork regarding work performed. Considerable skill in the use of brushes, rollers, and spray equipment and other hand tools
