Job Responsibility
Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan
Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings
Complete all training requirements
Provide supervision to pre-licensed staff
Lead agenda-based staff meetings
Assist with interviews and training new hires
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with our dynamic team across all locations to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
Requirements
Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences
Have clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD)
Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
Effective written & verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
Proficient in the use of typical office technology, Apple products, and Electronic Health Record systems
Nice to have
Fully licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD) with a valid state of Connecticut License
Specialized experience in neurodivergent-affirming care, identity/gender-affirming care, trauma-informed care, and eating disorders
Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
