Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Operations Processor to support management in supervising less experienced team members, provide guidance and resolution to issues, implement process improvements, and serve as a resource to other departments on transaction structure and company policies.

Job Responsibility:

Support management in day-to-day supervision of less experienced team
Provide guidance and resolution to issues
Provide feedback and present ideas for improving processes and tools
Perform or guide others on complex escalated issues
Prioritize work and provide daily work leadership and mentorship
Provide training and technical guidance to less experienced staff
Lead or contribute to implementation of new or revised processes
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers
Interact with internal customers
Receive direction from leaders
Exercise independent judgment while developing knowledge of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Serve as resource to other departments on transaction structure, documentation, and company policies

Requirements:

6+ years of Operations experience
Equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Any Graduate degree
Flexible to work in Night shifts
