Job Description

As Lead SAP Analytics, you will play a key role in guiding a dynamic team focused on SAP Business Intelligence and SAP Business Warehouse. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into strategic and forward-looking SAP BI/BW solutions. Your responsibilities include designing and developing data models, reports, and dashboards, ensuring their accuracy and reliability through thorough testing and troubleshooting. You will provide strategic support to end users and stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices in SAP analytics, driving innovation and continuous improvement in how data supports business goals. Leveraging your SAP expertise, you will apply analytical and problem-solving skills across key modules such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Materials Management (MM). You will be responsible for the successful implementation of SAP solutions and ensure seamless integration with other systems, requiring effective communication and collaboration with various departments to achieve cross-system success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree is a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP BI/BW implementation and support
  • Strong knowledge of SAP BI/BW architecture, data modeling, and reporting
  • Skilled in SAP BW, BusinessObjects, and HANA
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English and French or Dutch
  • Able to work independently and contribute to senior leadership

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, HANA Cloud, Syniti ADM, and Business Data Cloud
  • Knowledge of data visualization and dashboard design
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP and S/4HANA
