Lead Node.js Developer

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented backend developers
• Technical Strategy: Develop and implement the technical strategy for backend development, ensuring alignment with overall company goals
• Quality Assurance: Set and maintain high code quality, performance, and security standards
• Innovation: Drive innovation and continuous improvement in backend development processes and technologies
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend development, QA, and project management
• Project Management: Oversee project execution, ensuring meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Recruitment: Recruit, onboard, and train new team members as needed
• Mentorship: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members for professional development
• Research: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

• Strong technical background in backend technologies, such as node.js (5+ years)
• Experience with building RESTful API with the express server
• Practical experience with Typescript
• Ability to create complicated logic flow based on business requirements
• Experience with Mongo/DynamoDB
• Expert understanding of software design principles and patterns and experience applying them
• Experience with Scrum/Agile SDLC
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/Firebase
• Knowledge of MQ technologies (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and applicable protocols: MQTT, AMQP, etc.
• Experience with one or several multimedia communication protocols such as WebRTC, RTMP, RTSP, HLS, etc.
• Experience with Nest.js
• Experience with other backend technologies (will be a plus)
• Good spoken English (B2-C1)
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
