Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Design and propose high-level and low-level network architectures, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS and cloud connectivity
Support with Build and upgrade activities for the LAN, WAN, SD-WAN solutions
Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and network-related projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards
Interact with Customers for understanding and supporting their requirements with LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, VPN, and cloud connectivity
Lead solution design workshops and technical presentations for customers and stakeholders
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) Unity Connection, Expressways, Webex Meeting, Webex Video Conferencing Devices and Management via Control Hub
Sound knowledge on LDAP, AD LDS and Cisco Directory Connectors
Produce HLD/LLD documentation for Collaboration solutions
Create detailed design documents, implementation plans, and BOMs (Bill of Materials)
Ensure proposed solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in network design and security
Drive end-to-end project execution—from solutioning, planning, and implementation to testing and operational handover
