Lead Network Engineer

• Lead the review, resolution, and implementation of complex technical issues related to large-scale network infrastructure
• Design and implement scalable network automation solutions using tools like Nautobot, Ansible, and Python
• Develop and integrate APIs to automate network provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Create and utilize diagnostic, simulation, and orchestration tools to maintain, troubleshoot, and restore service
• Evaluate and optimize automation workflows
• Research performance trends and recommend process improvements
• Perform complex migrations, upgrades, installations, and configurations of network automation platforms
• Make strategic decisions in security and compliance
• Assess changes for risk to production systems
• Identify gaps in current network and automation processes
• Collaborate and consult with cross-functional teams

• 5+ years of Network Engineering experience
• BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology/Al/Data Science
• Develop Automation scripts using Python, Ansible, YAML
• Leverage Python REST APIs to develop Zero Touch provisioning
• Experience with Ansible Tower, GitHub, Git Actions, CI/CD tools
• Exposure to Data Center/Service provider networking
• Expertise in Network Protocols- OSPF BGP, MPLS, L3VPN, EVPN, VxLAN
• Knowledge on Cloud Networking
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools Scrum and JIRA
• Good Social, Oral and Written communications skills

Knowledge on Cloud Networking would be a plus
