Lead Network Automation Engineer At Wells Fargo, we’re redefining enterprise networking for scale, resilience, and automation—and we’re looking for a Lead Network Engineer who wants to build what’s next, not just maintain what exists. This is a high-impact role for an engineer who lives at the intersection of network, dev ops and automation, with the ability to influence strategy while still getting hands-on with modern tooling like Python, Ansible, and CI/CD. You’ll take ownership of a forward-looking automation roadmap, shape how network infrastructure is engineered across access environments, and lead initiatives that drive measurable improvements in reliability, security, and operational efficiency. If you’re energized by solving complex problems, mentoring engineers, and bringing automation-first thinking into large-scale enterprise networks, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact. Wells Fargo is back in the office, three days a week collaborating for fabulous outcomes! This role has no visa sponsorship or visa transfers.
