Job Description

Purchase Order Creation & Maintenance Create and update purchase orders in ERP/PO management systems based on Merchandising, Sourcing, and Planning inputs. Ensure accuracy of all PO fields including pricing, quantities, dates, Incoterms, product attributes, and vendor details. Support PO changes, revisions, and cancellations with proper documentation. Maintain clean and error-free PO and product data across systems. Operational Coordination Partner with Vendors, Merchandising, Production, Planning, and Supply Chain to gather required PO information. Communicate PO confirmations and follow up on missing or incomplete details. Track early-stage production milestones and expected delivery dates. Reporting & Data Integrity Perform routine audits, data checks, and PO validations to ensure data accuracy. Prepare weekly PO status trackers and reports. Identify basic discrepancies or risks and escalate to senior team members. Process & Systems Support Assist with troubleshooting simple system or PO workflow issues. Follow established SOPs and documentation standards. Support ad hoc requests related to PO analysis, data cleanup, or cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in merchandising operations, product operations, sourcing, or supply chain
  • Experience working with PLM, ERP, or PO management systems
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Experience in retail, apparel, footwear, accessories, or home categories preferred
