Your Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior or Lead Mechanical Designer to join our Perth team, working on a diverse portfolio of projects across various commodities (including gold, lithium, rare earths). This role offers the opportunity to work across the full project lifecycle, from studies and detailed design through to construction support and commissioning. You will play a key role within a multidisciplinary engineering team delivering mechanical designs for minerals processing plants and associated infrastructure. Depending on experience, the role may include technical leadership, mentoring of designers, coordination of design deliverables and client interface responsibilities. This role will be based at our Osborne Park head office until September 2026 when we will relocate to our new Head Office on St Georges Tce, Perth. Adjacent to the train station, the City office has state of the art end of journey facilities, including secure storage for bicycles and scooters, a gym, tennis court, basketball hoop and a swimming pool available for all Primero employees.
