We are looking for a skilled lead/senior Mechanic. This isn't just a "wrenching" job. You will oversee a team of techs and apprentices, ensuring the highest quality of repair work and tackle the complex diagnostics that come into our shop. If you are a master of your craft who enjoys mentoring others and takes pride in a clean, efficient shop, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults on light vehicles (Petrol & Diesel)
  • Carry out servicing and general repairs
  • Effective leadership, communication and organisational skills
  • Support and lead our workshop team and help maintain a high standard of work

Requirements:

  • Min 5 year's post apprenticeship, with real hands-on experience in diagnostics and repairs
  • Strong diagnostic ability with modern vehicle systems
  • Current drivers licence
  • Cert III Light vehicle Mechanic
  • Experience: A highly skilled mechanic with strong diagnostic and repair abilities
  • Certifications: Cert III Light vehicle Mechanic
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with modern diagnostic software and shop management systems
  • Leadership: A positive attitude and the ability to lead by example under pressure.
