Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
Massachusetts clinical licensure (LMFT)
Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus)

Job Responsibility

Supervising other marriage and family therapists
Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
For fulltime status, must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week or make as much as you want with more clients
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings

Bachelor’s degree is required. An additional four years of relevant experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
A minimum of four years combined experience in any of the following areas: weather reporting, equipment operation, cargo movement, fuel operations, skiway construction, camp construction, expedition outfitting in polar climates or high altitude winter settings, National Park service positions, outdoor education, experience working with helicopters and fixed wing aircraft, guiding services, and/or logistics.
Two of the four years’ experience must be in a supervisory or leadership role.
Wilderness First Responder Certification
Incident Command System (ICS) 100 and 200 certifications required (training offered free through FEMA).

Job Responsibility

Conducts all operations in accordance with the standard operating procedures specific to the camp location.
Follows the plan as laid out by the Project Manager and Field Area Manager.
Directs all aspects of the field science program in conjunction with the Continental Field Supervisor and Field Science Manager.
Supervises camp staff and completes end of season evaluations on camp personnel in conjunction with the Continental Field Supervisor
Serves as safety coordinator and ensures that all safety related rules and regulations are adhered to by all hands.
Communicates all safety incidents and near misses within the ASC safety protocols.
Ensures the camp facilities and equipment are maintained and operated safely, that the camp is tidy, and that waste is retrograded throughout the season.
Responsible for all hazardous cargo identification, labeling, and handling prior to shipping back to McMurdo Station.
Assigns equipment support, materials, and science support priorities daily in accordance with the season plan
May assist the Continental Field Supervisor with the selection of camp staff during the off-season planning if appropriate to the camp situation, and may participate in off-season planning if appropriate to the camp situation.
