Job Description

We’re pioneering the future of agrifintech in Europe. We’re on a mission to build a category‑defining leader in one of the most crucial industries on the continent: Agriculture. As the backbone of Europe’s food supply, agriculture is central to our sovereignty and future sustainability - and we’re here to shape its evolution. Backed by leading venture capital firms with over €10 million in seed funding, we are a high-impact and output-driven team - a group of founder‑operators who have been at the forefront of scaling some of Europe’s most successful fintechs and agritechs. With deep industry expertise and a track record of success, our team is relentlessly driving toward bold, ambitious goals. We’re rapidly gaining momentum with the first products already loved by customers. The demand for our solutions is growing at an extraordinary pace, and our primary challenge right now is scaling to meet this incredible interest. Despite significant traction and strong backing, we are still operating in stealth mode, carefully building a category-defining leader in agrifintech. With our sights set on becoming the dominant player in this space, we are poised to seize the largest fintech opportunity in Europe’s agriculture market - one that will define the future of the industry.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the marketing strategy and execution across all channels - from concept to campaign delivery and post-campaign analysis
  • Plan, launch, and optimize end-to-end campaigns (paid search, paid social, retargeting, email, content, SEO, partnerships)
  • Build and scale demand generation programs with a focus on efficiency, measurable ROI, and long-term retention impact
  • Analyze performance data and funnel metrics to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and channel mix
  • Balance growth with economics: ensure campaigns are unit-economically sound, optimizing for CAC, LTV, and payback period
  • Develop strong cross-functional alignment with Product, Sales and Tech to create cohesive, conversion-driven customer journeys
  • Establish marketing analytics dashboards to track KPIs (leads, CAC, funnel conversion, ROI, velocity)
  • Test, learn, and iterate - run structured experiments to identify scalable growth levers
  • Manage and grow external agency and partner relationships where relevant
  • Lay the foundations for a data-driven, results-oriented marketing culture within our company

Requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B, fintech, or tech scale-up environment
  • Proven track record in conceptualizing and executing end-to-end campaigns that drive measurable growth
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta, Display, SEO, Email, etc.)
  • Deep analytical mindset - able to interpret data, calculate ROI, and make decisions based on evidence, not intuition
  • Experience managing budgets with accountability for unit economics (CAC, LTV, contribution margin)
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics and automation tools
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills
  • Hands-on mindset - equally comfortable building, executing, and optimizing
  • Fluency in English and German

What we offer

  • Ownership: Work directly with the founders with real impact on the company’s success
  • Equity & competitive salary: participate in our growth through real shares with our tax optimized EIP
  • Room to grow: Personal development budget
  • High-trust environment: Autonomy, accountability, and speed with a team that values clarity, execution, and entrepreneurial thinking
