The Lead Market Intelligence Analyst will serve as a strategic advisor and execution expert, delivering actionable talent insights that shape global strategies. Own the full research lifecycle, from defining complex problems to synthesizing data and presenting intelligence to senior leaders and business partners. Proactively identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and enhance operating models. Combine deep market expertise with analytical rigor to influence decisions, optimize processes, and elevate the organization’s talent intelligence capability.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a strategic consultant, engaging with Talent Attraction Partners and senior leaders to design research, present insights, and guide decisions
Translate complex data into strategic narratives that inform workforce planning, sourcing strategies, and competitive positioning
Lead end-to-end research using advanced tools and methodologies to uncover market trends, talent supply-demand dynamics, and competitor intelligence
Deliver reports and presentations with clear interpretation, implications, and actionable recommendations
Drive process improvements, enhance operating models, and build and continuously improve the infrastructure of the Market Intelligence capability for scalability and efficiency
Ensure quality and governance through project management, QA standards, and continuous improvement
Work a late mid-shift schedule to overlap with US-based stakeholders
Operate in a hybrid work model, balancing onsite collaboration in Taguig City with remote work as appropriate
Manage multiple concurrent research initiatives with a high degree of autonomy, strong prioritization, and reliable follow-through
Build strong working relationships with Talent Attraction Partners and stakeholders to frame research questions and ensure insights directly support decision making
Requirements:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Candidate must be a graduate of a bachelor's degree or higher
Candidate must have 5+ years of relevant experience in Market Intelligence
Market Research Expertise: Proven ability to design and lead talent research using platforms like LinkedIn Talent Insights, TalentNeuron, Bloomberg, and other trusted sources
Data Analysis & Visualization: Skilled in analyzing large datasets and creating dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Storytelling & Presentation: Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive-ready presentations with strong narrative flow
Strategic Business Translation: Ability to connect insights to Talent Acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and competitive positioning for senior stakeholders
Project & Quality Management: Experienced in managing multiple projects, meeting SLAs, and applying QA standards for accuracy
Tech & Communication: Practical experience with Gen AI tools (e.g., Copilot) for synthesis and drafts, plus excellent communication and influence skills across global teams
