The Lead Market Analyst, Poland leads the analysis of the proposed markets covered by launches of our portfolio of tests and supplies the team with insightful information about markets and route to markets to shape the portfolio expansion strategy and execution.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the analysis of markets to enable the Portfolio Team to make key strategic decisions
Devise and build models to assist in the evaluation of strategies for specified new products
Create & deliver business cases that support the mission of the Portfolio Team
Develop and implement the analysis strategy that incorporates knowledge and expertise from all relevant parts of the organization
Contribute to the creation of a logical strategy for the expansion of Exact Sciences’ portfolio of tests
Deliver analyses of information from various sources, including competitive intelligence, market research, and secondary data sources to create clear, complete, and compelling reports and presentations
Be able to effectively conduct quantitative and qualitative market research to aid the prioritization of corporate strategies (new products, product expansions, etc.)
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and corporate strategy peers to help create and execute research plans that are both impactful and cost-effective
Confidently and clearly present research findings to stakeholders both in person and virtually. Objectively delivering a logical positioning of the argument
Collaborate and help to manage agency partners to ensure research is conducted effectively and on time
Collaborate with corporate strategy colleagues (US & International) to support market research and opportunity analysis
Ensure assigned objectives are met and that assigned projects and other work are completed on time, to high standards and within budget
Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork
Apply acquired skills and company policies and procedures to execute and complete assigned tasks

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or equivalent in relevant field, business administration qualification an advantage
8+ years of life science business experience in competitive intelligence, market research, commercial insights, strategy, or consulting
8+ years of experience in business analysis or business analytics
Significant financial modeling creation and delivery
Leadership team participation
Advanced Excel skills
Experience creating presentations for executive audiences
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
Strong research skills
Fluent in English, other language skills are preferred
Ability to simplify complex data and ability to work with large data sets
Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork
Nice to have:
An advanced degree in a life-sciences, technical, analytical discipline, business or finance
Business analysis qualification
Familiarity with medical device or diagnostic commercial and regulatory environment
Expertise in creating, managing, and deploying Tableau dashboards to translate business data into actionable insights
Fluency or proficiency in multiple languages
Experience in a cross-cultural, international environment
