Job Responsibility

  • Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently
  • Conduct routine maintenance on heating systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep
  • Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready’s, and punch list
  • Collaborate closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards
  • Uphold the visual appeal of the property, maintaining its curb appeal
  • Provide top-notch customer service to our residents
  • Assist Maintenance Supervisor with property maintenance over sight
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)
  • Demonstrate hands-on expertise with heating systems
  • Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off-site
  • Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
