This means many opportunities to help you grow your career to the next level. The Lead Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance of the HVAC & plumbing within the facility. We are seeking an elite-level Senior HVAC Engineer—someone who performs at the highest standard, consistently, with discipline, precision, and excellence. This role demands a top-tier professional capable of leading complex HVAC, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems with unmatched reliability, innovation, and execution. They will be the “go-to player” on mission-critical projects—designing, optimizing, and maintaining building systems that perform flawlessly under pressure.

Job Responsibility

  • Mechanical, plumbing and electronic troubleshooting, repair and installation of equipment
  • Monitors public space temperatures, making appropriate adjustments when necessary
  • Performs scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance on all HVAC & plumbing equipment
  • Maintains appropriate record of preventive maintenance and repairs
  • Visually inspection of gauges, dials and mechanical equipment, make basic mathematical calculations, and move and climb on all types of uneven surfaces
  • Using plumbing and HVAC skills to attend to building maintenance and preventative programs

Requirements

  • 2 years: Plumbing & Carpentry skills
