Job Description:

Lead Loan Servicing Representative role at Wells Fargo responsible for end-to-end Loan servicing activities including establishing new clients on SOR (Lucas), setting up participation loans, establishing Loan tranches and amendments to contracts.

Job Responsibility:

Manage end-to-end client onboarding process on Lucas or system of records
Proactively identify incoming agent notices
Process all life cycle events for portfolios containing multiple asset types
Collaborate with Loan Administrators to interpret and resolve exceptions
Communicate with agent banks to confirm and obtain loan notices
Interact with internal and external parties including Asset Services, Recon, Agent Banks
Support performance of less experienced Loan Servicing staff
Provide lending support service in operations, documentation, and customer service
Analyze issues and business requirements to identify opportunities for improvement
Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures
Review and file claims ensuring compliance with policies and regulations

Requirements:

6+ years of Loan Servicing experience
Experience in Asset Based Lending
Hands-on experience in LUCAS or STUCKY application
Understanding of Syndicated deal structure

Nice to have:

Hands-on experience in LUCAS or STUCKY application
Understanding of Syndicated deal structure
