Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Loan Servicing Representative.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct periodic audits of UCC data to ensure alignment with credit agreements and internal systems
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for front office teams, including Relationship Managers, Underwriters, and Portfolio Managers, for all UCC‑related inquiries
  • Attend pipeline calls, deal kickoffs, and exception discussions representing the collateral UCC function
  • Lead day‑to‑day operational workflow for the UCC servicing team
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts
  • review their work for accuracy and completeness
  • Support onboarding, training, and skill development within the collateral servicing team
  • Drive adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and audit readiness standards
  • Identify potential gaps or risks related to collateral attachment and perfection and escalate appropriately
  • Participate in internal/external audits and regulatory reviews
  • Lead initiatives to streamline UCC workflows, reduce operational risk, and enhance automation
  • Collaborate with technology teams to improve systems related to collateral management and filing processes
  • Create/update standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, and quality controls

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5–8+ years of experience in loan servicing, collateral administration, or secured lending operations
  • Strong working knowledge of UCC, lien perfection, and secured transactions
  • Experience collaborating with front‑office and legal teams on structured or syndicated lending deals preferred
  • Leadership or workflow coordination experience is strongly desired
  • Experience in Loan Servicing, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
