Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Loan Servicing Representative.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct periodic audits of UCC data to ensure alignment with credit agreements and internal systems
Serve as the primary point of contact for front office teams, including Relationship Managers, Underwriters, and Portfolio Managers, for all UCC‑related inquiries
Attend pipeline calls, deal kickoffs, and exception discussions representing the collateral UCC function
Lead day‑to‑day operational workflow for the UCC servicing team
Mentor and guide junior analysts
review their work for accuracy and completeness
Support onboarding, training, and skill development within the collateral servicing team
Drive adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and audit readiness standards
Identify potential gaps or risks related to collateral attachment and perfection and escalate appropriately
Participate in internal/external audits and regulatory reviews
Lead initiatives to streamline UCC workflows, reduce operational risk, and enhance automation
Collaborate with technology teams to improve systems related to collateral management and filing processes
Create/update standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, and quality controls
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5–8+ years of experience in loan servicing, collateral administration, or secured lending operations
Strong working knowledge of UCC, lien perfection, and secured transactions
Experience collaborating with front‑office and legal teams on structured or syndicated lending deals preferred
Leadership or workflow coordination experience is strongly desired
Experience in Loan Servicing, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
