Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Loan Service Representative to support credit teams and external clients, improve processes, perform complex loan servicing activities, and provide leadership and mentorship.

Job Responsibility:

Support performance and overall effectiveness of Credit teams and external clients
Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools
Perform or guide others on complex loan related servicing activities
Prioritize work and provide day to day work leadership and mentorship to Credit teams
Provide guidance and subject matter expertise on wide range of loan servicing activities
Interact and communicate with agencies, investors, insurers, and all levels of management
Provide training to less experienced individuals

Requirements:

6+ years of Loan Servicing experience
or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
