At Alpine Landscape Service, we are the leading landscape construction and service company in Grand County, CO. Since 2005, our team has been dedicated to providing property owners in the area with outstanding services, no matter how big or small the project is. We are looking to add dedicated individuals to our growing team. Our Landscape Lead Laborer position is open to applicants who live near our office in Winter Park, CO, or in a nearby area like Fraser or Tabernash. Our Landscape Lead Laborers are primarily responsible for assisting the Landscape Foreman in the daily operations of a landscape business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain a safe and efficient job site
  • Communicate effectively with the crew on what the expectations are
  • Make sure that all installs follow industry standards
  • Meet with the Foreman daily
  • Install plants to industry standards
  • Keep the jobs moving forward in absence of the Foreman

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Ability to take directions and communicate to the crew
  • Ability to lead by example
  • Understanding and knowledge of how to read landscape drawings
  • Understanding and knowledge of how to operate equipment
  • Ability to communicate to the crew and the foreman in a positive and effective manner
  • Basic knowledge of plant material
  • Must have reliable transportation to our office in Winter Park, CO
