Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise and manage the kitchen porter team
  • Create staff rotas to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen areas
  • Oversee washing of kitchenware and deep cleaning of equipment and storage areas
  • Manage stock and deliveries, including chemical usage
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
  • Assist with basic food preparation
  • Meet any other management requests

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of kitchen porter experience
  • Level 2 Food Safety & Health and Safety knowledge
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Legal right to work in the UK and have resided in-country for the past 5 years
  • A can-do attitude and team-oriented approach
  • Passion for cleanliness, hospitality, and the food industry
  • Advanced English communication skills
