Kitchen Tune-Up Calgary South is growing at an exciting pace! We’re seeking dedicated team members to join our team as a Lead Kitchen Installer with the mission of completing extraordinary kitchen remodeling projects. We are seeking career minded professionals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a stable, well-paying career. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and always thinking two steps ahead to keep the crew productive and projects on schedule.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and coordinate a small crew of 1–3 installers
  • Complete kitchen remodeling tasks including cabinet installation, cabinet refacing, flooring, door and drawer front installation, and roll-out trays
  • Plan daily tasks to keep the project organized and on schedule
  • Maintain clean, professional job sites
  • Communicate progress and updates with the project manager
  • Deliver high-quality craftsmanship and efficient work

Requirements:

  • At Least 3 Years experience in Kitchen renovations
  • Experience drilling for hinges, installing doors, drawer fronts, and roll-out trays
  • Ability to operate power tools (table saw, router, nail gun, etc.) safely and effectively
  • Experience as a finish carpenter
  • Knowledge on how to scribe kitchen cabinets
  • Ability to install crown moulding

Nice to have:

  • Do you have any experience installing and remodelling Kitchens
  • Can you do minor Electrical and Plumbing work as part of the job
