Job Description:

Senior Software Engineer role in Developer Enablement function of CTO organization, focused on making it easy for software engineering teams to go from business idea to delivering innovative product solutions. The role involves building high-profile products, working with Generative AI technologies, and improving tools, processes, and controls.

Job Responsibility:

Design, develop, and test software applications
Work closely with other team members to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
Set standards for high quality software and great user experiences
Stay up to date on latest software development trends and technologies
Work with teams across the organisation to drive everything-as-code and codified controls mindset
Support and drive cultural change around controls and processes
Encourage continuous improvement

Requirements:

13+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer in product teams
Strong experience delivering TypeScript, JavaScript code to production
Expertise with NodeJs and React
Experience working in an agile software development environment
Proven experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, container-based micro-services, distributed logs, and NoSQL databases
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master's degree preferred

Nice to have:

Experience with Generative AI technologies such as GPT-4 or Gemini
Prompt engineering skills
Knowledge of TypeScript, React, Mongo
Experience with everything-as-code and codified controls mindset
