This is a high-visibility leadership role within a scaling FinTech environment. You will act as the primary architect and technical lead for the bank’s Atlassian ecosystem, with a heavy focus on evolving their ITSM and incident response workflows. Job Responsibility

  • Platform Ownership: Leading the end-to-end administration, custom configuration, and long-term roadmap for Jira and Confluence
  • Service Excellence: Re-engineering ITSM processes and service desk workflows to align with the bank’s rapid growth
  • Technical Automation: Leveraging Python or PowerShell to build bespoke integrations and automate manual infrastructure tasks
  • Knowledge Leadership: Producing high-quality technical blueprints and mentoring cross-functional teams on system best practices
  • Regulatory Alignment: Ensuring all platform changes meet the stringent security and compliance audits required of a modern banking licence

Requirements
