Job Description

An AI-driven revenue intelligence solution designed for hybrid sales teams, helping them capture, analyze, and transform customer interactions into actionable insights. The platform supports scalable growth by making sales data more accessible, structured, and impactful across the organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and elevate the iOS app (take ownership of an existing iOS app in production, used by customers, professionalize the codebase, architecture, and development practices to reach “world-class” quality)
  • Act as Swift Tech Lead (set the technical direction for iOS: architecture decisions, code quality standards, performance, scalability, and best practices, define and document coding paradigms and structural standards for the mobile codebase)
  • Reliability and real-time connectivity (make the app resilient and reliable – especially around real-time workflows, WebSocket lifecycle (connect/reconnect, ping/pong, backgrounding, timeouts, streaming/ live data processing, robust error handling and recovery), ensure strong networking and authentication flows, including edge-case handling (e.g., 401/token refresh patterns)
  • Scale the product (drive the next phase of growth: stability, performance, UX polish, and feature expansion – fast execution with high craftsmanship, build foundations that allow adding engineers later without sacrificing quality)
  • Lead the mobile team (take over and lead an existing team of freelancers (and/or transition away from them as needed), providing technical guidance, clear direction and code review standard, hands-on leadership and delivery)
  • Expand to Android in future (iOS is the priority
  • help lay the groundwork for Android with a coherent mobile strategy, if experienced, contribute to Android/Kotlin direction or enable faster Android ramp-up)
  • Work closely with Product and CTO (collaborate closely with the product-driven CTO and product team to translate vision into high-quality mobile execution)

Requirements

  • Expert Swift and strong iOS fundamentals
  • production experience with SwiftUI
  • Proven track record in shipping and maintaining production mobile apps at scale (lead/principal/founding caliber)
  • Strong capability in iOS architecture (end-to-end thinking, best practices, maintainability)
  • Hands-on experience with real-time systems on mobile (WebSockets, Streaming/live data processing, Reliability patterns (reconnect strategies, state management, error recovery)
  • Strong engineering judgment: knows when pragmatism beats perfection without sacrificing quality
  • Ownership mindset: can execute independently, anticipate edge cases, and raise overall engineering standards
  • Clear communication, including the ability to explain why decisions are made and document standards
  • Comfortable leading and mentoring freelancers/developers with clarity and respect
  • “Leadership without ego” – raises the bar through standards, coaching, and hands-on example
  • Startup mindset: thrives in fast-moving environments, minimal overhead, high accountability
