The Manager, Operations will support operational readiness for new product launches and market entries. Located in the Warsaw shared service center, this role focuses on execution, coordination, and delivering operational outcomes. This position will collaborate across internal functions and external partners, working under senior leadership guidance while driving process improvements and cost-efficiency initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Support launch readiness for portfolio products entering new markets, ensuring all operational requirements are met for a smooth introduction
Collaborate with the commercial team to translate go-to-market strategies into operational requirements
Support the partner selection process in collaboration with procurement and commercial teams
Coordinate cross-functional alignment on service requirements and service level definitions
Act as day-to-day liaison with strategic partners during launch readiness and hyper-care phases, escalating issues to senior leadership as needed
Execute implementation of operations services provided by partners in collaboration with in-house operations functions
Work closely with internal support functions across logistics, supply chain, quality assurance (QA), and lab operations to ensure smooth execution
Ensure operational processes are aligned with global standards while addressing regional needs
Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the operations launch readiness playbook
Support process improvement initiatives and cost efficiency objectives under the guidance of senior leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or business process management
Experience supporting product launches or market entry operations
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, QA, and lab operations
Solid project management skills with attention to detail and execution
Analytical mindset with interest in process optimization and cost efficiency
Fluency in English
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in country where work will be performed on a full or part-time basis.
Nice to have:
Polish or another European language is a plus
Previous experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or consumer health industries.
