Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to take the helm of our Integration Strategy team. This role is a unique blend of team management, client strategy, and data-driven analysis, focused on ensuring our clients have a seamless and successful onboarding experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 4 to 5 Integration Strategists
  • Oversee team's day-to-day operations ensuring high standard of quality in all client interactions and analyses
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide continuous feedback, and manage team's professional development
  • Act as primary representative of integration team during client onboarding phase
  • Personally manage client calls for strategic accounts as key point of contact
  • Develop and define strategic ad placement plans (plan de tag) for new clients to maximize performance
  • Prepare and present data-driven analyses and performance reports to key clients defending strategic recommendations
  • Guarantee quality of integrations
  • Optimize integration documentation and processes
  • Continuously improve and document team's processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Lead initiatives for continuous optimization within team
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth transition of clients from sales phase through onboarding to account management phase

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior or lead role with strong background in team management
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and present compelling data-driven arguments to clients
  • Experience similar to Customer Success Manager (CSM) with focus on client onboarding and strategic account management
  • Proactive, takes initiative, comfortable representing team and company with strategic clients
  • Fluency in both French and English is mandatory
