Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and develop engaging art activities in line with the organization’s offerings
  • Communicate and present activity content to the manager for approval
  • Lead and instruct children in various creative art activities at onsite and offsite locations
  • Prepare materials and set up activities in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to children and families during events
  • Maintain a clean and organized activity area throughout sessions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience preferred
  • Prior experience working with children is required
  • Must pass a background check

Nice to have:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Experience with various art techniques and mediums
  • Strong child behavior management skills
