Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Lead Installer to join our residential kitchen remodeling team. This role leads the field installation of remodeling projects, and ensures that work is completed with high craftsmanship, organization, and professionalism. You will also help maintain accurate job site documentation and measurements within our construction management system.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead installation of residential kitchen remodeling projects
  • Ensure the team has all items for projects to go smoothly in advance
  • Check inventory one week before projects start
  • Ensure the team is on time and on point
  • Perform demolition and site preparation
  • Install cabinets, trim, and finish carpentry
  • Verify layout and field measurements
  • Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
  • Protect client homes and materials
  • Lead helpers or junior installers when assigned
  • Document jobsite progress daily
  • Enter field measurements, photos, and notes
  • Communicate job site issues quickly
  • Impeccable measuring skills to avoid incorrect orders
