Job Description:

Lead Infrastructure Engineer adept in automating SCCM processes and enhancing system security through vulnerability remediation. Design and deliver robust desktop infrastructure, proof-of-concepts builds, high-level and low-level design documentation. Own and maintain production grade SCCM environment, serve as technical authority for on-premises infrastructure.

Job Responsibility:

Lead complex initiatives to develop infrastructure for business applications
Participate in projects to improve or upgrade infrastructure
Evaluate internal and external software solutions
Review and analyze high impact outages
Design, build, deploy and maintain infrastructure solutions
Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices
Make decisions in technical designs and implementation plans
Direct daily risk and control flow of operations
Recommend courses of action to maintain cost effectiveness
Collaborate with peers, colleagues and managers
Interact with customer and vendor

Requirements:

5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience
Experience automating SCCM processes
Expertise in Intune management
Knowledge of Windows 365 and other virtualization platforms
Experience with Azure AD-Joined, Intune-managed Windows 11 deployments using Autopilot
Deep expertise in Windows 365, Win 10/11 deployments using hybrid join configurations
Expertise in Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, Autopilot
Solid foundations on virtualization technologies

Nice to have:

Microsoft Azure, MSCM (MEMCM), Windows 365, Windows 11, Intune
Understanding of AI technologies
