Requirements

  • Advanced expertise in enterprise infrastructure technologies, including Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Strong knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware/VDI) and enterprise storage solutions (SAN/NAS)
  • Deep understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and routing within multi-site environments
  • Proven ability to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot complex infrastructure systems, including servers, storage, and network components
  • Experience performing server and security audits, system health monitoring, and performance optimization
  • Ability to design, implement, and support infrastructure upgrades and new technology initiatives
  • Strong documentation skills, including maintaining operational runbooks and technical procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to act as a Level 3 escalation point for complex issues
  • 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a strong focus on Windows-based enterprise environments
  • 5+ years of experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or equivalent)
  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise storage solutions (SAN/NAS)
  • Experience supporting large-scale, multi-site enterprise networks
  • Demonstrated success delivering and supporting enterprise infrastructure solutions for business-critical environments
  • Experience providing senior-level technical leadership, including mentoring staff and supporting cross-functional IT initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field REQUIRED
  • Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, or infrastructure-related certifications) preferred
