Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Information Security Analyst. The role involves providing advanced information security consultation, directing risk assessments, influencing stakeholders, and managing critical information assets. The candidate will collaborate with peers and serve as a mentor to less experienced staff.

Job Responsibility:

Provide advanced information security consultation for all aspects of information security compliance policy, risk management, and remediation
Direct information security risk assessment and research, and recommend remediation plans and strategies
Influence stakeholders on net new or on material changes to an asset to influence control decisions
Provide consulting on security risk assessment and research, and recommend remediation plans and strategies
Act as more experienced lead to the organization to develop security risk awareness and mitigating actions
Consult the organization on complex security issues and findings
Manage the most complex and critical information assets
Evaluate and interpret internal and companywide information security policies, processes, standards, and participate with more experienced leaders in decision making on information security
Serve as information security lead to advise on the development and delivery of Information Security Education and Awareness
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Lead projects and teams
Coordinate with vendor manager on third party assets to manage information security risks
Serve as a mentor to less experienced staff

Requirements:

5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Bachelor of Engineering Degree, preferably of Computer science or Information Technology
5+ years hands on experience on provisioning on Databases. Experienced on managing access, roles, and security of databases
Must have strong knowledge in/or SQL, Oracle, Teradata, Sybase and DB2 platforms
Must have hands-on experience on/or SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Developer, Teradata SQL Assistant, Sybase ASE, DB2
Must have any one Database Administration/Information Security certification (Security +, CISSP, CIAM) /IAM vendor-based certifications (CyberArk, Oracle, IBM) certified
Knowledge and experience with any IAM, Provisioning, role management and certification tool
Knowledge and experience on Applications Infrastructure in a Large Enterprise environment
Strong knowledge and understanding of information security and IAM practices and policies
Experience with Service Delivery and SLAs/KPIs monitoring. Proven ability for high volume/high quality results
Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
clear verbal and written communication skills to facilitate solutions and resolve problems

Nice to have:

Knowledge in Windows Server and Shell Scripting (Bash, Korn, C, PowerShell)
Must have understanding of data analysis techniques, standards, and error handling concepts
Must have mentoring skills to help the team be successful
