Job Responsibility:

Lead commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish
Train and mentor install helpers and apprentices
Install heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and related HVAC systems according to company standards and code requirements
Read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, and installation layouts
Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and with high attention to detail
Maintain clear communication with customers, office staff, and project managers
Troubleshoot installation issues and make recommendations in the field
Verify equipment is installed and operating properly before job completion
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working condition
Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

10+ years experience as an HVAC Installer, with leadership or lead installer experience preferred
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, controls, and installation best practices
Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
EPA Certification preferred
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying job site conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to quality workmanship
