Job Responsibility

  • Team lead duties
  • Train / onboard team members
  • Oversee daily operations on the distribution center floor, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
  • Assist in managing inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation activities
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address any quality issues promptly
  • Operate Reach and Counterbalance as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in a distribution center or warehouse environment
  • At least 1 - 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • RF scanner experience
  • Must have SAP experience
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a diverse team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Must have a forklift license
  • Dangerous Good certificate
