You will partner with different teams on cross-functional projects to ensure strategic alignment of business goals and improve operational excellence to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. You will be a crucial link between the team leads and the leadership. You will work on a diverse set of problems and challenges to deliver on growth goals; to partner on go-to-market initiatives and overall strategy.

Requirements:

  • At least 4+ yrs years of relevant experience in management consulting firms or investment banks
  • or similar BizOps experience in the technology domain
  • Structured thinking, strong problem-solving skills and a solid business sense
  • Proficient in analytics and be able to develop actionable insights using data
  • Be able to multitask, prioritize, rapidly iterate and manage communications with different functions in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Background and experience in technology is highly preferred
  • Experience in marketing in SaaS and enterprise software is a plus
  • An MBA from a class A institution and an IIT or technology qualification will be a strong plus
