Job Description:

The Lead Gourmet Coffee Attendant is responsible for completing opening and closing duties, ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of the coffee station, handling transactions, and providing excellent guest service. The role also involves assisting management in various tasks and maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.

Job Responsibility:

Complete opening and closing duties
Set up necessary supplies and tools
Clean all equipment and areas
Complete all closing reports
Record transaction in MICROS system
Obtain change required for expected business level
Count bank at end of shift
Resolve any cash overages or shortages
Transport bank to/from assigned workstation
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
Reach overhead and below the knees
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
